How do I book an appointment with my membership redemption code?
To redeem your code please go to:
2.) Select the date/time you'd like to float. All available time slots will show up in the drop down menu
3.) Enter your code in the "Coupon Code" field and fill out the remainder of the form.
I signed up for a float membership! What do I get?
Our Float Membership is a monthly subscription program that offers packages of either 2 or 4 floats per month at a discounted rate. Each month, members are billed for their float package and are supplied with a code that will allow them to book their floats online at any time. This code is good for 31 days after being issued.
When will I be billed for the monthly recurring subscription?
When you sign up for membership you will be billed immediately for your first monthly float package, and then every 30 days after the date of signup.
Can I share my membership with a friend or family member?
Unfortunately, float membership is non-transferrable and can only be used by the float member who signed up initially. Photo ID will be required at each float session in order to verify the identity of the member.
What is my membership ID?
Your membership ID number is very important, so please keep it safe! This is a unique ID that is sent to all members upon sign up, and that is used to identify you. You will also be asked for your membership ID in the event that you want to cancel your subscription.
When do I receive my membership redemption code?
Codes will be emailed shortly after sign up. Once you receive your code you can begin booking floats immediately.
What is your cancellation policy?
There is no minimum subscription term and you can cancel your subscription at any time by going to our website under the Memberships tab and clicking the cancel button. You will be asked to enter your name and order confirmation number. You will not be charged for cancellation.
If you cancel, you may use your current float codes until the end of your then-current subscription term; your subscription will not be renewed after your then-current term expires. However, you are not and will not be eligible for a prorated refund of any portion of the subscription fee paid for the then-current subscription period. You can re-subscribe at any time following your cancellation.
Also note: make sure to send in your cancellation request before 12 AM Eastern Standard Time on the DAY BEFORE rebilling, otherwise you will be billed for the following month.
Do unused floats roll over into the next month?
Unused floats cannot roll over into the next month. Each code is good for 31 days, so make sure to book your appointments well ahead of time!
What do I do if I want to change my billing information?

No problem! Email email@example.com and we will reissue your code for you right away.
